If I use Zoriada to cast obey, then can I use her two card ability for the attack flip (assuming I use the obey to charge)?

If I obey something to kill the target of Grudge does it count as one of my models killing it since whatever is obeyed is friendly to me for the duration of the spell?

Obeyed and other similarly affected models (such as Alphaed) are under your control, and thus are considered friendly to your crew during that action/activation. So, absolutely

No you may not. As the model that is being Obeyed is not Zoraida it can not use the Bayou Two card talent. The talent says this model, so it can only be used by Zoraida. Her Avatar though has an ability that lets another model use her Bayou Two card talent.
