Go get some sculpey or fimo (its oven bake clay) from your local craft store. It is perfect for a piece like that because you can sculpt and if you're not happy with the result you can just start over. You're not committed until you've baked the piece. Sure that if you tried asking on the trading forum or the miniatures pages there are folks about who didn't put it on the figure and have it spare.
