Ice Mirror Originiator

situation: Perdita has Quick Draw active and an Ice Golem is standing between her and Rasputina. Rasputina cast an offensive spell at Perdita using Ice Mirror. Who does Perdita shoot at?

I ruled that Rasputina remains the originator of the spell and, because the Ice Golem blocks LOS to Rasputina, that Quick Draw can't be used. Both players agreed, but I want to make sure I got that right.

Rasputina is the caster of the spell, but the origin is, I believe, from the Golem.

As both a Perdita and a Rasputina player, I've thought about that quite a bit.

Rasputina is the caster and would be the target. You did it right.

You were correct. The v1 version of Ice Mirror made the bounce the originator, but that was removed for v2. Not sure if anyone in your group has been around long enough to be remembering that, or maybe has an old v1 card floating around to cause confusion, but it's one of those subtle changes I missed
