Guardsman Characteristic/Trait

Do Guild Austringers and Guild Guard gain the "Guardsman" characteristic?

I read all through Rising Powers and I searched the errata section at Malifaux.com and the forums ("Guardsman", "Characteristic", "Trait", "Keyword") so I hope my search-fu isn't weak and it's just not around.

I don't have Guild Guard, but for me the Guardsman trait is written on the Austringer card.

Additionally, Lucius as a leader can only take Elite Div, Guardsman and Totems. On the crew creator:

Yep, the crew creator is a pretty good way to check on hiring ambiguities-- I've definitely used it a few times to double-check when I'm unsure.
