graeme27uk
When using proxies, what other companies do you suggest fit the Malifaux world. Are Privateer Press (WM) too extreme, for example? What proxies do you have?
96p
Guild of Harmony is a great source for Malifaux Proxies, as is Micro Arts. Privateer Press is mostly too comic in my opinion.
Hjelmen
If you can find some old Rackham Confrontation miniatures, go for it! A lot of them follow the setting of Malifaux quite well, and since they're true scale, they are more well-proportioned and fit better into the Wyrd miniatures. Demonn Agram
I use Steampunk Dorothy (Guild of Harmony) as Trapper, Hans (Gretl in her case ), Gunsmith or Desperate Merc.. for that also you can use Abigale, Steampunk Hunter (CMON) also, I use Frebooter's Fate Sister of Mercy as my Nurse... Hjelmen
Oh my, Guild of Harmony has some beautiful sculpts! At least two of them are perfect for either Ronin or The Thunders Bros *grin* Although off-topic - thank you!
dsmiles
I used a Black Cat Bases Large Spawn as a proxy for an Insidious Madness (until I got a hold of a second one, that is). I also used their Cog Floor base inserts on my Ramos crew. I've also considered using these as Mindless Zombies when I pick up Nicodem. graeme27uk
I was considering using Warmachine Cryx as a Leveticus crew. Using the Withershadow Combine as Leveticus and his "Hollow Waifs" (even though they are not female). They are necro-punk. I was going to use a warjack conversion as a Levie-necro themed Peacekeeper and similar for other constructs that he can take. I figure he will have made them fit his own aesthetic tastes, or had them customised so. I was also thinking of using the Brute Thrall as a Desolation Engine, though again I would convert it slightly, making it more spikey and brutish, maybe incorporating some "fused" SPA's. The SPA's themselves could be either Drudge Mind Slaves or Mechanithralls or even Stitch Thralls. Would that work do you think?
Huang Da Wei
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/251014774164?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 I just bought one of these, initially as a plump belle but it does seem like Sybelle in my mind
Devilshot
http://www.blackscorpionminiatures.com/ Some really nice western and pirate models that fit into the Malifaux world nicely.

Yeh, some great models in the Tombstone series. Probably most appropriate for Guild though. No comments on my Cryx idea.... :Confused_Puppet2:
Chucklemonkey
I have a few proxies from the like of Freebooter and Tale of War. http://www.taleofwar.com/shop/ http://www.freebooterminiatures.de/ They do tend to be replaced when Wyrd bring out the official models but still see the occasional use in friendly games. graeme27uk
http://www.masq-mini.com/ Just ordered two models from here. Great models in theme (or so I think)
SpiralngCadavr
I have a few proxies from the like of Freebooter and Tale of War. http://www.taleofwar.com/shop/ Those driads could make really nice nephilim with a more heavily nature-themed lilith crew, though there's only one size. I'm still looking for good replacement nephilim for her...
