Dream/chompy question regarding paralyze

The Scenario: Nicodem has paralyzed Chompy. His activation comes and is skipped over per the rules of paralyze.

Dreamer player activates a daydream and clams nightmares on chompy to switch in Dreamer who is free to use any AP he chooses because none has been spent by Chompy. Dreamer does whatever he wants but one of his actions is to then bring out Chompy again (just cause he's more durable than dreamer)

Questions: Is it fair for the dreamer to come out and act as normal? Chompy returning to play now still gets no activation because of paralyze or does he get an activation for any reason?

The Dreamer is unaffected by Chompy being Paralyzed.

Chompy coming into play again later after the Dreamer has been activated, during the same turn he was paralyzed, and skipped his activation, would not get to activate. His skipped activation counts as his activation.
