This question was brought up during my game last night. Since it was the first time I played Hamelin, I was not sure what the answer is. There is no entry for Malifaux Rats on Pull My Finger and we couldn't find the answer quickly in the rules manual.
If (0) Impetuous is used and followed by a Strike that hits, does the Damage Flip count as part of the action or not?
If I could get a relevant page number in the rules manual, that would be great as I'd like to explain the answer to our group.
