to my target?

Second,Pandora's spell Dementia when cast succesfully it's effects remain

on the target figure until the end of the game?

Last,is pass considered an action like all else?Do other abilities counts

pass as an action?

Whenever a spell or action says "target" by definition of what a target is, you must have line of sight.

Unless otherwise stated (given a specific time frame) effects from actions and spell last until the End Close Phase.

Yes Pass does cost an Action Point.

For Pass I suspect you're asking about how it interacts with Dementia? The answer is yes, you do have to WP test to take even the pass action.

But you only have to pass general AP, you can choose not to use specific AP
