Pandoras Mental Anguish & Governors Proxy

Folks, sorry if this has already been asked - I didn't have anything show up on my search...

Reading the bit for 'Mental Anguish' trigger, it states that if the target looses the WP duel, it falls back.

My question is this - does this mean that the target would be killed by the governors Proxy for loosing a morale duel? I see the fors and againsts as this:

FOR

You only normally fall back as the result of loosing a morale duel

AGAINST

It was a WP duel the target lost against

There is no mention in the trigger in treating the duel as a Morale duel

Any help would be very appreciated!

The falling back model would die. The proxy may make it easire to resist Pandora, but it's very, very dangerous to use him.

In the V2 card the mental anguish trigger specifically states that the falling back model is considered to have failed a Morale Duel, so there's really no grey area any more.
