Cheats to get the mask\tome trigger sleight of hand and gets a free soul stone. Basically trade in your fake soul stone for a real one. The only problem is that you're going to be spending that stone immediately to use her Reactivate ability. Unless there is a real good reason not to Reactivate in any given turn, you will always be using her Artificial SoulStone to give her Reactivate. The trigger from the spell is simply to offset the cost of casting the spell. There are several ways to generate extra soulstones for her crew, both with Colette and with other models in her crew if that is what you are trying to do.
