Permanent buffs

Hi,

Something I have not been able to figure out so far is whether or not abilities are permanent.

I am specifically thinking of:

Student of Conflict's Fast ability

Bishop's slow trigger

Both of those abilities do not have any indication as to when they end. Does this mean that once they kick in, they are permanent for the rest of the game?

Any ability that does not state an end, ends in the End closing phase.

Both slow and fast (in the descriptions in the rules) have a stated end time.

And unless the card has different rules, that will be when it ends. So for slow and fast the default is the models next activation.

with both fast and slow (and paralyze) they end after the models next or current activation so they will carry over to the next turn if they have already activated that turn

Thanks for clearing that up.

It was turning the Blood Shaman into the most dangerous enhancement caster out there.

My friend won't be happy to know he cannot permanently buff his nephilims into destroying machines after 2-3 turns now.
