Thechosenone
So i'm a big fan of narrative write ups, been doing them for years with 40K and fantasy. My question to you all is this: when unique characters die over the course of the game how do you write that up? How do you reconcile it with game mechanics like the generation of corpse counters and other counters suggestive of the character being dead meat? Cats Laughing
In battle reports I've read, characters tend to get knocked out, flash away to safety, etc... When writing a narrative type battlereport you really need to take liberties with things.
Thechosenone
Yeah, i was just curious as how some others have handled it. In other games i've played its been sort of open ended but with Malifaux is seems that characters are certainly leaving behind something if they die.
