I think the closest thing you might get is a life coach, which has turned into a kind of punch line here in the US. Sometimes that's a deserved stereo type, other times it isn't. There is a social service that will help you find work, but it's not something the average person has access to, as it's meant to help those more to the poverty end of the scale or those who have lost their jobs for a while. I think they fill a similar role, but they are accessible for everyone who doesn't know what to do with her future. You can also hire one for almost every kind of counselling... Honestly, I'm pretty well qualified, being a psychologist and all. But it'll be way easier to bring someone to hire me if I have an additional certification.
