Entiago Posted October 7, 2009 Report Share Posted October 7, 2009 it looks to be done in the same manner as a beard on a model without one, if i am correct. just a light wash of back- very light wash, over and over until you get it to where you want it- and if you get to dark- then lightly wash you skin color ontop of that to lighten it up. I'm particular they did one of the pirates and covered how to do tattoos, stubble, and chest hair. I'm at work so I can't double check the issue, sorry. Werecat Posted October 9, 2009 Report Share Posted October 9, 2009 Yeah, the key, especially for tatoos, is going back over it with the flesh color. Get a mixing medium of some sort. Do at 10:1 ratio or so of Medium to paint, and paint it over. This will give the ever so light apearence of a layer of skin over the top. Great for doing viens and stuff like that too.
