Cronus3166 Posted August 27, 2009 Report Share Posted August 27, 2009 Hi everyone! Not real sure what took me so long to get onto the forums. I visited the Wyrd booth last year at GenCon and the game looked really solid and had my interest then. (I even walked away with some of the miniatures!!) Then this year it was the second booth I went to (Sorry guys, someone else was giving away free Key Chains. I had to get on some free loot since the GenCon bags where so terrible this year) I've never played a miniature game before and my friends and I are really excited about this one. We have been looking over guides on how to paint and hoping to start practicing soon. If anyone has any tips or guides they personally recommend, we are welcoming any advice from the pros Looking forward to spending hours on the forums! They won't look like studio models at first but you will learn some good tricks and your brush strokes will get better with practice. www.brushthralls.com has some good intro painting guides and some easy technique guides to make your painting come out looking good Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Everything is pointing at the game on the forums at the moment but we'll put together some 'paint with the studio crew' pieces here soon as well as a painting contest or two to keep things balanced out. I am part of a growing group in Indy(or would that be a crew?) that seems to be picking up numbers every time we play/show the game at the LGS.
