Between it being a GD fig AND having to buy it, Freebies in years past heave been nicer. Maybe it 's just me, I have never been a fan of the orcs. I think breaking up the loincloth with differently coloured scales would definately have helped, but it's still pretty good. The mini itself is growing on me too. I absolutely hated it at first. Vytis Posted October 1, 2007 Author Report Share Posted October 1, 2007 Yeah, part of the reason I don't paint a whole bunch of orcs is because my favorite colour is red, and I try to include it in most figures. With orcs, you end up with Christmas This one is a little bit less oppressive holiday feel..some orcs I've painted needed Santa hats. This is one of the average Gameday figs I've gotten, IMO. Better than Archaon (his feet were AWFUL), maybe not as good as the Slayer from last year (still not sure about him) but not as good as the Space Marine sergeant from 2 years ago..but, since I'm getting them in addition to convention attendance, I'm usually not too ungroovy about it.
