Larkin Vain
Painted this model today. Still learning on techniques and stuff but I'm mainly a speed painter. This one took about an hour to paint using my newest favorite paint line P3 paints.
Jabberwocky
Welcome to Wyrd, Larkin! Darn good work for an hour's work--it would take me about a week to get that far on a mini. Keep 'em coming!
goblyn13
It looks a bit like the image got posterized and artifacted when the jpg was scaled. You may want to try to up the image quality to moderate or high to fix that problem. but by the looks of it it looks fairly well done especially for an hours worth of work. Larkin Vain
Thank you for the kind comments. I use flikr for my photos so the resizing is done by them. here's the original uploaded photo. Don't know if it's any better though.

Highbulp Billy
I'm in the same boat with the child issue and usually only manage an hour or two a week at the most so speed painting is a great skill to develop. This piece has a nce manga feel to it (both the sculpt and the painting) and I really like the way youve done the hair. The skin could use a bit of touching up, it looks like you've tried to use thick paint to get coverage over a black base. If you want to raise the level a bit, you do need to invest a bit more time in using thinner paints and more layers. However, a really good standard all things considered. callumrice
good stuff, nice to see you so active with the brush. A little tidy up here and there and these guys would look a lot better! Good just now but can be cleaner.
