Clarification on summoning costs...

Roux-ga-roux

Question

So I noticed that all of the Summoning Masters have an ability that is basically something along the lines of..."name any number of _____________ minion(s). The TN of this Action is 10(R/M/T/C) plus the total Cost of the named model(s).

So let's say I'm playing with Sandeep and I want to Summon an Ice Gamin(4). Does that mean I need 10T + 4 to summon one Ice Gamin? I mean, a King is 13 but an Ice Gamin's Summon cost is 14, right? Sooo...how do I summon one? Can I summon one? Does that mean a Summoner can typically only Summon one minion per turn? Am I missing or overlooking something obvious?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Sandeep has stat 7 on Elemental Connection, so you're adding 7 to whatever card you flip to hit the TN.

Okay, so if I have a King (13+7), I could possibly Summon up to 20 points of minions (theoretically)?

if you had the red joker, it's 11 points ( 14 + stat 7 - 10) of minions possible.

As you say, to summon a ice gamin you would need to reach the TN of 14:tome, so with a stat of 7 you need your card to be at least a 7, and you either need it to be a :tome or spend a soulstone to get the tome. 2 ice gamin would be a TN of 18:tome, so needing 11 or higher.
