Ignore line of sight and concealing terrain.

Hi, 

I have a question I am unable to find a direct answer in the rulebook.

If a model use range attack action that ignores line of sight like Pigapult "Rock is pigs?" on a target model fully in concealing terrain dose the model have concelement against this action?

Concealing terrain provides concealment if line of sight drawn to a model passes throu it, so if the attack ignores LoS does it still draw a line?

The faq (Section 1 question .3) says that if an action ignores line of sight then it does not draw lines through concealing terrain,  but it does remind us that other ways to gain concealment would still apply.
