Dear friends! section 5 paragraph 11 (on journalists to understand) could someone please help me to understand it better? Why would a friendly model count as an enemy if the ability refers only to enemy models?

does this mean by chance that if a friendly model does an interact the model with chasing story will take focus? if so, does it also apply to the model with chasing story ability?

Exclusive interview makes enemy models count as friendly for the interact action. This doesn't stop them being enemy models for abilities.  So an enemy model would count as both enemy and friendly. 

It doesn't do anything to models that are already friendly.

perhaps it should have declined: "if an enemy model considered friendly etc etc"

if you write just "a friendly model" for me they could very well be the same ones as my crew.

I can see that the question could be written better to avoid the confusion.  I had the advantage that I had been in the discussion on the rules forum when the initial question was asked,  and with that in mind there is very little confusion.
