Autumn Queen, Walk and Flight question

I've an interesting question about new Titania. 

 

With Titania's Chosen upgrade she can draw LoS and range for her actions and auras from the model with upgrade. 

 

Flight says that when resolving Walk action, model can be placed within her Mv, instead of moving normally. 

 

While normally Walk action does not have any range, while Flight is on, it appears that it has it. Since "any effect that references an object being “within” a distance is talking about range."

 

So the question is - can Titania use a Walk action to place herself within 5 from the model with an upgrade? And if no - why?

Because measuring the distance for the place effect for Flight is not measuring the range of an action.

It’s the same sort of thing for how ‘place itself within X”’ doesn’t give you permission to place anywhere on the table because a model is always within X” of itself.
