0 Adran Posted June 16, 2020 Report Share Posted June 16, 2020 As answered elsewhere Yes you can target enemy models with tactical actions as long as nothing in the action stops you. The new model gains the condition at the same value. If the condition chosen doesn't have a value (such as fast), then the gained condition also doesn't have a value.
