Wyrd is embroiled in the GenCon stuff at the moment, so they'll probably get to it a little later. Also, Wyrd mostly don't reply to missing inquiries, they tend to just ship replacements. Note that this might have changed though, I filed a claim for the infiltrators missing, and actually got a reply that they were underway...
