1 Ludvig
Sometimes upgrades add triggers which need the suit, sometimes they have no point. In the previous edition of the rules each model had a fixed stat for all its Ca qctions so the model had a Ca, not each individual attack. That meant that the suit could do nothing on one attack but have a purpose on another. The action could be copied from another model or card where it did have a purpose. It could also be a leftover from something like that since most models have a lot of similarities with their m1e edition rules. It also allows them to do stuff like the Yazunori which adds a trigger to other models that they can use on all their attacks. There is now the room to create a new model or upgrade that gives an extremely powerful trigger to all attacks that requires a mask and Candy will have it built in. Edit: Wail has a trigger that nees both masks and tomes so her ca stat includes masks to make that trigger more likely. This is like in m1e, Candys Ca stat simply had a mask and they kept that consistent.
