MrPapa13579
I forget which wind it is, but one of the winds has an effect to "adjust" your wounds up or down. What exactly does that mean? Does a character suffer or heal that many wounds? Or is the total number of wounds on a character increased or decreased? If it's the second one is it a permanent effect or until the start of a new day?
Rob Lo
Pretty sure it's meant to be that you heal/suffer that wound. Making it an increase in your total number of wounds would throw the balance way off.
MrPapa13579
That's what I thought, and that's how I play it, I just find the wording unclear and wanted to get a consensus
Sybaris
It's also how we did it and the most logical way. South wind is a very nice ally if pleased...as you save days by healing in her lands while still being able to resolve challenges (unlike staying in the village). Shephel
Semi-related question, does angering or pleasing a wind result in a cumulative bonus or penalty? For example, if I pleased the North Wind to the second (+1) spot, do I get +2AP or just +1AP. I could see it working fine both ways, but I wasn't entirely sure.
