edonil
Alright everyone, here's the voting thread! Sorry about the delay, shift changes without warning really suck. >.< Anyway! Here we are. Here are the rules: The winner of this round will be selected by overall score, as determined by two methods: A public poll will be created where anyone can vote on their favorite story. Each vote is worth 1 point. Authors of submissions can vote in this way. A private poll of the authors where they pick their favorite story and a runner-up. These votes are weighted; the favorite story gets 3 points, the runner-up gets 2 points. These votes should be submitted to me by forum PM. All votes must be submitted by the voting date or they won’t count for scoring. You cannot vote for your own submission. If you are an author, you must submit votes for the private poll or you will be disqualified. The winner will be announced on June 1st, 2015. When you send the PM, please include both the author name and the title, it makes my life easier. And here's the stories! The Gunsmith's Apprentice by admiralvorkraft Beyond the Forest by PraetorDragoon The Night Market by Haunter Soulstone by Laatija Gray Hymn for the Lost by Ferossa Also, once this round is done up I'm going to be posting a thread asking for feedback/suggestions on the Iron Quill itself. I would have done this sooner, but computers truly, truly suck. >.> Still, I've now got this thing fixed and running stable, so I can do more than post just repeated things. Expect that thread at the same time as me posting the results, and I'll post a link for it.

Haunter
A small number of entries this month, but still good stuff! Always a joy to write and to read (and to listen this time too!). My votes are in as well.
Ferossa
Voting Date: May 29th, 2015, 23:59 EST Am I in an alternate dimension? Wasn't the voting supposed to be tomorrow?
edonil
That's it, I'm removing that line from that post in the future it just causes mild anarchy. I'll add you to the poll when I get home Ferossa, don't worry about being late! If you still need to submit a YouTube link, just paste the link in your post, website deals with it for you.
Bogo
I give major props to everyone that entered this round. Laatija's "Soulstone" scared me right out of the running. Great stuff, all around.
Laatija Gray
Oh no! I hope not! I was looking forward to reading your entry, Bogo!
edonil
So, Ferossa has been added to the poll now. Authors, if you all would do me and Ferossa a favor, please read over that entry. If you want to tweak your votes, just send me a PM with an update. If not, you're good.
PraetorDragoon
Lots of story variety in here this month! Kudos to all that finished their stories. Well done.
Ferossa
It's getting harder and harder for me to give feedback that doesn't edge into English teacher territory. Good job, everyone. (Idk, do people want feedback on phrasing and tense usage?)
admiralvorkraft
I'll take any feedback you (or anyone else) would care to give me.
Haunter
I would welcome English Teacher feedback. Tense, voice, grammar, punctuation, you name it. I'd love feedback on broader concepts and ideas, including how the round ingredients were integrated into the story. Also narrative voice - what's working, what's not. Really, any feedback that's going to either keep me on a right track or help shore up a weak point in my writing would be great. In short: feedback? Yes please.
