There is another way to achive them? Your options for obtaining the cards are buy the Arsenal Box (Resser Wave 2), or see if anyone who bought a Yan Lo crew that had the Wave 2 cards in it, also bought the Resser Arsenal Box and would mind parting with the duplicates.
