orcface Posted October 28, 2014 Report Share Posted October 28, 2014 If you use the skirmish rules to run combat for TTB, are all of the players' flips from his 13 card twist deck? The section says it is slanted in favor of the players, but without the full range of cards including jokers how is that in their favor? I must be missing some key idea here.
