He has not been released as such, but you can find his stats and upgrades here along with the rest of the wave 2 stuff. http://wyrd-games.net/community/files/file/54-malifaux-wave-2-cards-high-rez/ Nobody knows currently when his box set will be released but at the very least, you will be able to find his stats and fluff in the Crossroads book which Wyrd will prerelease this August on Gencon.
