4 pieces of scatter terrain finished

The 14th and final piece of terrain has been started tonight Aiming to finish by end of weekend and then I’m away for a week. that will leave me just two weeks to source (wickes ftw), build and paint a board in time for the Nationals.....cutting it close.....

Some more progress in the scatter terrain, I think when lined up next to my other terrain the planks are a little on the large size, but meh and with a bit of paint.. I think I’ll have most of the scatter and new buildings finished tonight so sill post finished pics tomorrow

Hi all, The Voodoo doll is complete and Lucky Emissary is almost complete, also progressing quickly with more terrain

Really happy with the scatter terrain I think 4 pieces (3 short 1 long) will be enough for the board. I can always make more later if needed.

Almost finished the long building just the steps to finish and attach and lots more shrubs

Update time Just some puddles to create and a lot more shrubs and this building is done (pig pen)

Hi all, My pledge for the month of October will be Lucky Emissary The Voodoo Doll Nightmare Whisky Golem (For Iron Painter ELIM round) 3 buildings (terrain) 3-4 scatter terrain (to count as 1 terrain piece) Quite a lot to do but I’ve already made lots of progress on terrain and Emissary so should get it all done. Any remaining time in the month will be starting an actual board for the terrain and also to glue and base paint ALL my remaining Gremlin/Bayou models ready for Nationals next month Stretch goal, slip hauler (As always this guy is likely to be the last Gremlin I actually get round to painting)

Trundling along Ging to try to get both painted by end of play tomorrow so only grass and shrubs to add on Monday evening

@Franchute Hi, March should have been 5x piglets at 4ss for a total of 20ss - however totally happy to call it a mulligan as I’m so late sorting pics For Sept I have; 1x scenery 5ss 1x alt firestarter 7ss 1x Bad Juju 8ss total 20ss for Sept thx

Small update, the second shack is coming along though not rapidly. Should have it complete end of weekend. also received two new buildings in post today same building I’ve used as first shack, will try to make it look a bit different and also a pig pen I’m going to need to put a move on if I want to have a board to take to Nationals (which I will submit a form for taking board if I can get two pieces more completed by end of Sept)

@Franchute apologies, looking at spreadsheet I’m red for March, could understand it but just realised there are no actual photos of the 5 pigs I did, they are here, taken photos now sorry I totally missed putting them up back in March

Trust me when I say I’m glad pics of my Iron Painter entry are blurred On the positive side, I enjoyed painting Bad Juju Possibly too much grass stuck on him but I’m saying he s done

The roof of the outhouse is finished I have also placed what I’ve made so far on the floor to work out how it sits within a 3’ by 3’ area I could probably do with some smaller scatter terrain but nervous it’s taking up too much space for the board

My pledge for the month; 2 terrain pieces (outhouse and shack) alt firestarter (for iron Painter round 1) bad juju and finally the token slop hauler that I’ll never do 😝

Totally didn’t get anything else finished this month, still please with the two terrain pieces. Think Iron Painter will motivate me into september @bedjy great work on flames of that gremlin @Burnin' Coal really great work on that Shikome, really like it

Really love the blue glass panes on the roof

Hi, I use Vallejo water effects, approx £10 a bottle from Amazon. It’s ok, needs thin layers, 3-4 days dry time and then layer and then repeat. Thicker layers I have found goes very cloudy and doesn’t always settle, leaving a white tinge after curing if I’ve done a too thick layer.

Two completed terrain pieces so far this month Almost finished another piece and will try my best to get Ophelia and one young La Croix done when back from holiday early next week

Brief update time This has turned into this which you can see the tree is also finished and apart from rust affect on roof, this price is pretty much done

I’ll get some WIP up later, work has been busy so only got terrain done this month - will try and do some minis before month end
