Hi All,
We currently have filled all the allocated places for the event. I am taking a reserve list now, which will be controlled on this post as well.
Should you still have to pay, can you aim to remedy this ASAP or if you circumstances change so spots can be offered to other individuals.
Swag is in process, as our the discussion of trophies etc.
Hoping for another smashing event.
Prize support has arrived from Wyrd, 2 Large and 4 Small Mystery Boxes. Raffle tickets for this will be based on:
- Playing with a fully painted crew
- Full Keyword, no OoK or Versatile
- Finishing the Game (Completing Turn 5)
I will look to include further prize support, but will clarify closer to time. To aid in swift starts, I will share the game schedule a week prior to the event.
Stay Wyrd,
Oz

Do we have a rules pack? Specifically, what are the proxy rules going to be for alternate titles, please?
Rulespack is being done tomorrow.
Proxies for masters are appropriate base size - model not fussed. Proxies for the new models should be an appropriate representation. Effort is welcomed but dont want to gatekeep new toy fun cause of distribution issues.

@Bzerk_Rampagedo you mind if I (Rich Walters) move my ticket to Andy Bradshaw. I've ended up with a back problem and unlikely I'll be able to take two days of gaming by then.
Sure no worries matey.

What are number limits like? Just so I know when to start chasing the others travelling with me to buy their tickets..
30 initially, then if i can get 30, can expand into the second function room (its a bit smaller) but still should be good for a few more.
Would love to get 40+ people ideally!

Hi Oz,
Just finalising if I can get up there this weekend. How late am I able to confirm a place for the event?
You can turn up on day, I may just not have prize support for you.
I will be the ringer for the event if it all goes a bit wrong but should be fine.
I have asked Dave to bring enough for 8tables, i will bring a spare just in case as well.

As Tom says there are some top players in attendance, but when not playing their main rivals they will play in such a way that you'll learn loads and not grind you into the ground. I always aim to have a fun atmosphere to events, and the Malifaux community is great for achieving this.
Echoing what Tom and Dave are saying.
Malifaux as a community is really supportive, even though we are seen as quite competitive....it is still a primarily fun day.
My last two events I have gone into the final game against some 'top' players and although it did not work out well for me, I still learnt a lot about how my crews operate and how the opponents crew operated. It is a great learning opportunity and is always done with humility and a bit of fun.
@Richard Neale - if you are free this saturday and local to Coventry (or dont mind a little trek) you are more than welcome to come to my little Nationals prep event with a crew and worst case play some games with me and you can see how nice the community is. This is the 'Wyrd Road to Nationals' found on the forums.

The competitive season returns after a substantial leave of absence (*shakes fist*)
In typical fashion, launching us into the new season to crown the next Master of Malifaux, we have to dethrown Radek!
This year, the event wil be held at 'The Boat and Railway Inn' at Stoke Prior, who have let us use their pub and function room for the 2days. Things to bare in mind is that the venue has on-street parking (no car park) but does have the merits of a fully functioning bar all day and food on site. They also do not mind us ordering in and having food delivered. If we want it, we can ask for a hot buffet, that they can arrange (this will be discussed closer to the time).
Wyrd have kindly agreed to provide Tournament Support, so there will be a fully functioning raffle.
Enforcers Assemble - Fixed Master (Both titles allowed)
League of Extraordinary Henchman - Fixed Faction
A full rules pack will be presented before Xmas, but as normal, will have:
- Best in Faction
- Wooden Spoon
- Trophies
- Best Painted
Tickets are £12.50/day pay able (F and F) to: bzerkrampage@gmail.com
An attendance list will be maintained here for each day.
