Wow. Thank you very much. I liked the little guy before i saw his rules. I loved the little guy after using him in a game. Now.... well now there are no words....

In no order... Francois (always with that dirty cheater and often stilts) Slop Haulers (so many heals..... 2 of these are usually best 10ss ever used) Rami (Dirty Cheater. For that first turn reckless double focus snipe on a key enemy.) Trixie (No one needs this pointed out) Bayou Gremlins (Out activation, up to 15" moves in a turn with drunk and reckless?! and 3ss....)

Hey guys, yet another question! Sorry :/ I just want to check that this is legal before heading to a tourny this weekend as it seemed.... well.... bloody horendous! Playing against Von Schill 45ss I was using gremlins. Basically after the turn 1 gremlin factory I had more than enough to out activate and be ready for turn 2 turf war and protect territory (also deliver a message). Turn two the other guy moved up a lot of his crew (still outside of shooting range). However I activated Somer and did "Do it like dis" and applied crows. Then Lenny tossed Francois (with dirty cheat) forward so he was in shooting range of most of the guys crew and still in the 8" of "do it like dis". Long story short Francois railed most of the enemy crew in 1 turn with his reckless, (0) action and then getting automatic crows. Dropping a strongarm and von schill in one activation and still having 1ap left (I had a lot of cards in my hand thanks to somer). Is his trigger meant to be infinite? Was it a "legal" move? I admittedly felt a little unclean after it. But boy it was pretty funny rapid firing and cheating to heal myself each time. He was on less than half wounds by the end ofc but I cant help but think if i had a lure ability to pull him back in after (trixie for example) that it would be even worse.

I think I get you. So basically when determining cover for a model ask 2 questions 1) Is the Line of sight from attacker to defender passing through terrain with a Cover trait (Hard or Soft)? and 2) Is the defending model within 1" of the cover the Line of sight passes through? If answered yes to both, then a cover modifier is granted. I did think that was how it worked but it seemed off that I could shoot at something with cover in between us (directly through railings 4" away in this case) and the attack suffered no negatives just becaus ethe belle wasn't close enough to the railings. But hey-ho I'm happy if I played it right

Okay so I've been having a few games this past week (just getting into it) and the first few there were major confusions with cover, height etc. I think I have all that hammered out now but I just want to confirm something cause it's eating away at me taht it doesn't seem quite right. This is from a game last night: Ht 2 Hard cover (a metal railing fence so NOT blocking). Ophelia is stood 4" away from it On the other side is a Rotten belle 4" away with no other terrain seperating them. Ophelia shoots the Belle, even though the LoS passes through the Hard Cover terrain to get to the belle, since the Belle is not within 1" of it she does not get cover. Is that correct? To ever benefit from any sort of cover (hard cover, soft cover) you have to be within 1" of it even if the incoming projectile passes through cover in between you?

Gonna have a look in Asda for a set of toy guns, cowboy hat and a brown sheet to use as a poncho and come as Francois LaCroix then Or a kneckerchief and a toy shotgun and go as Raphael... I don't think I have a hat big enough to pull off somer or a chest big enough to pull off the Ophellia look. I could always break out the moonshine.... but that would probably hamper any ability to actually play the game!

Hey Mark here (last on the confirmed list) I'm on the facebook page too but I won't be coming in fancy dress. I only just found out about this yesterday and I already have a pumpkin shaped head to begin with If I draw a comedy moustache on my finger and hold it to my top lip would that count? Looking forward to saturday now. Only played 4-5 games but I'm head down in the rulesbook from now til saturday

Oh I see! I did find it strange that box artwork I had seen included only one Young Lacroix and include Pere. Well hopefully it won't be too long delayed!

Any news this week?

Oh I will likely get every gremlin box set that drops just so I can have some good flexibility and variation but I'm eagerly awaiting that release too! I'm brand new to the game but read the rulebook cover to cover almost and I chose the Gremlins faction to focus on just because it seems liek the most fun to play. I did have my first game last night using a loaned Pandora crew at 35ss. Really enjoyed it! Now just take my god damned money already

Oh no! What problems could it be?! I'm new to the game. Suppose I'll play somer when he comes out until the others get released then!

Anyone heard anything more about this? I'm sitting on my hands awaiting Ophellia box before getting into the game. I know May releases got pushed back to June sometime I'm hoping that the original June releases aren't getting pushed back too.
