  1. Yeah, can't freely unlock all the card text as that would compete with Wyrd's Arsenal Deck sales, and I definitely can't charge for the data myself. Condition tracking is something I have on my list of ideas; something like a status bar below that model that shows all of its current effects. Not too high up on my list, though, as it will likely be too click intensive for smooth operation. Personally I like the physical aspect of placing a marker near the model to indicate effects; makes it easy for both players to see exactly what's going on.
  2. The idea of being able to insert your own pic to view the card rules has been brought up before, but I think I agree with Viruk that it may be toeing the line too much with regards to their IP. The photos were already available from GMort's blog and they've requested him to blur the rules text. And, frankly, this effort would be reproducing work I've already done and doesn't give me personally any more functionality, so being a unpaid task and all my lazy side doesn't want to do it
  3. Thanks! Appreciate the comments. I'm not holding out too much hope for official support, however. Wyrd emphasized that cross-platform support was pretty much a requirement, and my app would need to be rewritten from scratch for other OS's (iOS, Windows, etc) which isn't my idea of fun. So unless they pick it up and do development on their end I unfortunately don't see that happening. Its a shame about having to lock all the stats, as that's the primary feature of the app and the best use I get out of it. Uploading and sharing lists is on my down-the-road to-do list, so maybe someday Development on this app has been very sparse lately due to my free time being spent painting up my backlog of models. Once I'm in a happy place there I'll work on implementing new features.
  4. There were a few tweaks to the new Upgrades since the last beta PDF: Hidden Agenda: Friendly Oiran now have to be in LoS Favor of Jigoku: Renamed from Favor of Fire Favor of Heaven: Renamed from Favor of Wind Deleted Favor of Water (4th Samurai Upgrade) Necrotic Preparation: Now counts towards Upgrade limit; new Ability grants bonus to disengaging strikes Dampening Field: When tactical action is used, Auras can not originate from target model until end of NEXT turn
  5. Good catch, I see the same issue. I'll make sure that is prevented in the next release. Nope, not just you. That upgrade appears to be missing from the rulebook, but I have a card for it. It's been added and will be in the next release. Thanks!
  6. If you hold down on a model on the Encounter screen it will bring up a menu where you can add/remove Upgrades.
  7. Yeah, there are still plans to add more functionality to the collection page. The '0's are placeholders for the unassembled, painted, etc status counters. Displaying some meta data shouldn't be much of an effort either.
  8. Personally I prefer to still have all my options visible, so if I see a model I really want that puts me over the SS total I can add it and then go back to the Crew list and re-evaluate other choices. But your suggestions works perfectly fine too; its a great candidate for an entry in the Settings menu, probably with it defaulting to your preference.
  9. Update uploaded. Also, below are summaries of the changes made to the Generic Upgrades between the last beta release to the Wave 2 official release. v1.13 Add two new Tara Crew upgrades: Void Shield (Nothing Beast) and The Faces of Oblivion (Karina) Added new Scenario-specific models/upgrades (Raethford, Golden Piglet, The Jewel of Ozymandias Updated Carver model rules Fixed typo in Dismounted McCabe rules text Increased Dreamer’s Cache to 3 Updated Generic Upgrades released in Wave 2 Arsenal Decks; removed Beta attribute Hidden Agenda: Friendly Oiran now require LoS Favor of Jigoku: Renamed from Favor of Fire Favor of Heaven: Renamed from Favor of Wind Deleted Favor of Water Necrotic Preparation: Now counts towards Upgrade limit; new Ability grants bonus to disengaging strikes Dampening Field: When tactical action is used, Auras can not originate from target model until end of NEXT turn
  10. Nope. Nathan confirmed that Johanna will NOT be in any of the boxes at the convention.
  11. Has there been any info regarding the inclusion of Johanna in any of the new boxes?
  12. I don't get why Crew predictions are being weighted so heavily by single model artwork that has been spoiled. They're guaranteed to have artwork completed for every model in the game since its needed for Crossroads and the Wave 2 Arsenal Decks. I'd base my predictions on entire Crew artwork that's likely to be plastered on the front of a Crew box. From my recollection that would put Zoraida, Von Schill, Ophelia, Jack Daw, and Leveticus as the most likely GenCon releases. My other guesses would be a 'Miss Direction' performer model, based on the comment that it's a limited edition sculpt. And my wild guess at the Nightmare Crew would be Pandora; I like the idea that the mysterious 'Rafkin' art is an adult Baby Kade. Or just a one-off alt-sculpt Kade.
  13. Minor update. v1.12 -Official 7/1 Errata -Add Jack Daw's missing 'Tormented, Spirit, Cursed' characteristics -Fix possible crash -Lead Lined Coat Upgrade no longer takable with non-Living models -Henchman leaders no longer have their SS cost added to Crew's SS total -Hide SS Cost of leader models -Hide SS Cache of non-leader models
  14. Ah, that they do. I'm hoping to get some work on the app done this weekend. Been busy painting stuff up lately.
  15. Sorry for the long delay before the next update. My models have been sorely neglected and I've been spending my spare time assembling my over abundance of kits. And Dark Souls 2 has been calling ( -Praise the Sun). There's the right-to-left swipe thing, but I agree it could benefit from a long-click menu option to add more of the same type. The detailed search feature is planned, but you can filter by characteristics currently (includes model type). If you have any specific hangups I'd be happy to investigate. Especially the intuitive use aspect, I'd like to make it as straightforward to use as possible. The current most fiddly bit is the hidden 'add multiple models at once' thing, but I think the rest is pretty self-explanatory. Of course, since I wrote the thing I am HIGHLY biased and likely blind to some stupid stuff, so I'm all ears.
  16. No, no; that's exactly what they're for. I think we're confusing some things. The Encounter tabs are meant for keeping track of everything going on during a game. Victory points, model wounds, summoning models, manifesting avatars, etc. You're just not meant to build your Crew from scratch using the 'Summon Model' button. You'll get some weird errors, like the Skeeter hiring thing you saw. You're meant to build the Crew in the 'Crew Builder' section, save it (through the menu), and then go to the Encounter Crew page and load it up (through the menu, again). Let me know if you have any questions or need me to clarify anything.
  17. Nope, Jack Daw is missing his 'Tormented, Spirit, Cursed' Characteristics for some reason. I'll remedy that I can only reproduce this if I do not load a Crew and just start summoning from the Crew1/2 view. Is this what you're doing? I'm going to prevent just straight summoning without a loaded Crew and notify the user that they first need to build the Crew using the Crew Builder, as the Crew Builder takes care of some necessary background processing that the Encounter section does not. Are you talking about renaming the button? See above comment, the Encounter Section is for meant for tweaking an already created Crew mid-game, so you're 'summoning' new models rather than 'hiring' them. I need to disable this button unless a Crew has already been loaded/transferred from the Crew Builder to make sure all the necessary background handling is done correctly. Yeah, I'm going to add that option to the other Add Model dialogs as well. Thanks a bunch for the feedback!
  18. Yeah, the distribution system (TestFairy) generates a report every time someone has a crash and then shoots me an email. So it's in my best interests to fix them ASAP if I don't want to get flooded with crash emails
  19. You sure you're not looking at Snow Storm's Wound count or another model? Mine shows 11ss and I haven't made any database mods that would have changed that since release.
  20. Just a small update with some bug fixes: v1.11 -Bug Fixes: - Fix three crashes seen with the latest version - Crew Builder: Prevent 'Add Upgrade' dialog from immediately popping up after removing an Upgrade - Fix Ironsides's manifested Avatar interaction with Imbued Protection, both modifying DF stat - Encounter: Refresh Cache size shown on screen when loading a Crew - Load Crew: Change 'Master' label to 'Leader'
  21. Good idea. In the meantime, if you delete the Leader it will automatically delete all the rest of the models in the Crew.
  22. Just uploaded a new release. The biggest change is the addition of the ability to save & load Crews. Save your Crew list in the Crew Builder, or load and edit an existing Crew. Load a previously created Crew in the Encounter Companion. Long click on a saved Crew to Rename or Delete it. The Crew is identified by a unique name, so keep the same name when saving to overwrite the previous version or save under a new name to make a copy. How does the layout look when you're browsing your saved Crews? It shows the Crew's name, leader, rest of crew, total SS cost, and background is the color of the declared Faction. Is that enough info, is it organized OK? I plan on adding some sorting options eventually, also. As always let me know if you have any issues or suggestions! v1.10 Added ability to save/load Crews. Prevent Detail view popup when clicking a model or upgrade if the details are locked. Increase Guilty base size from 30mm -> 40mm. Internal improvements.
  23. Yup, I've run in to that issue was well. I'll see what I can do. Do you mean have an 'already owned' quantity in the 'Add Model' list? I like that idea. Right now you can only delete the entire stack of models. I'll be fixing that when I focus building up the Collection Manager. Once you send a list from the Crew Builder to the Encounter section there is not a way to reload it back into the Crew Builder for editing. The save/load Crew functionality will take care of this annoyance. I've got that stuff implemented and it will be in the next release. Thanks for the feedback!
  24. Currently, there isn't a way to change them. The Collection Manager is pretty bare bones at the moment. Implementing that stuff is part of the 'Flesh Out the Collection Manager' item I've got listed in the to-do list of my first post. I'm currently working on saving/loading Crews, but the Collection Manager will be the next bigger job to tackle.
