  1. Oh they look awesome! Any that you currently building in progress photos we can see? I'd love to see how you're making them
  2. Ooooh coming along so so pretty!! Can't wait to see her face! *grin*
  3. Miss Taken Edit: Not up enough with all the models yet to know to apply it someone specific haha.
  4. Haven't had a chance to go through this entire thread yet but just read your list, nagash13. Thankyou so much! Such useful hints which I plan to be saving to my computer and using often! Thankyou thankyou~ *grin*
  5. I love your bases!! I wish I could make bases And your Cerberus looks awesome! Very jealous.
  6. The new minis look awesome! I love the colours on the green one! And that is the best ritual ever. I wish any of my family played TT games.
  7. Ok, I have no where else to ask this - and it REALLY doesn't deserve it's own thread just because I'm a potential derp. Is 'Wyrd' pronounced: Weird Word or Wired !? No one around here seems to know, and everyone says it just a teeeeny bit different. Hahaha.
  8. Thanks so so very much! Very much cleared up how the process flows in my head. Can't wait to give this a go! Might find a mini with big easily accessible eyes to practice on *grin*
  9. I'm sorry - I'm finding the eye colouring guide a little bit hard to follow. I understand the concept for within the eye itself but not for the overall lid shading/colours. Is this kind of the concept? Was this kind of it? Paint all dark -> Then add white (and inside eye details) -> Then paint lighter skin tone around the eye to give the lids a darker ..er..edge? Sorry! Hehe, not sure if I'm way off base - I'm still too scared to attempt painting proper eyes on anything yet *grin*
  10. Oh looks awesome!! Can't wait to see her head haha. Given how ornate her clothes are I would say staff, but the green gold also gives me an almost woodland beauty sort of vibe pulling toward voting for the sword. Hmm, I shall reserve judgment until I see more of her.
  11. Oh very cool! Have you used a black wash over the red? Or am I seeing it incorrectly? Either way it looks very effective!!
  12. I am also very eager to learn from experienced painters the finer details of painting a face. Does anyone have any photos to show what their technique looks like done? And interesting comment about the purple. I may have to try this *grin*
  13. Is it just the new rules + stat cards that is no longer allowed to be viewed? Or is there a way to get a copy of the M2E rules just on their own? I'm finding it a little difficult to teach myself Malifaux with the current rules and am hoping that M2E might be a bit clearer to understand? I understand if it turns out I can't get a copy of them though!
  14. Thankyou too, Disgruntled Goat! Might add a little water to one of them and see how I go *grin*
  15. Oh I love this idea!! And maybe simple enough for even me to try! Thankyou very much for posting this guide up. *grin*
  16. I am also another one! Hahaha. And since recently hearing that they were going to be moving to plastic minis, I've been on a rampage to try and buy up all the minis I want in metal before they're out. (Gotta be honest, I have no love for plastic minis....I'm not even really sure why!)
  17. Thanks very much, Baffo! I will attempt that I was hoping there was a paint reviver or something I could purchase and add to the bottles, but I'll try some mixing medium on my palette instead. Really appreciate the advice! And any ideas/luck anyone else has had!
  18. Hello everyone!! Long story a short, a friend had some older GW paints that they no longer really used and offered to let me have them and see if I could use any of them. Now, some of them have gone a little like sludge? Does anyone happen to know any good methods for reviving GW paints that have done this? Here is an image of what I'm talking about: Thanks for any advice!!
  19. I love that we're going to get to see an entire families progress Yours have stunning details by the way. And the wifey's are coming along lovely!!
  20. That little face + the paint job on the eyes = heart melted. It's actually adorably sad. So well done!
  21. Thankyou for the close up!! That is amazing detail And stunning work as always. How do you get skin so perfect??? *jealousy*
  22. Love your work. So many of these are just stunning work! I must ask, where did you get those Romulan warbirds!? Are they re-painted heroclix? Because I didn't think re-painting heroclix worked very well?? But they look awesome!
  23. Haha, I was way off base! I saw Green, Red and Blue and thought Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle! Ahahaha. These all look so good Such pretty work on these girls.
  24. Amazing work! The details are beautiful!
  25. That looks awesome! Any chance of a close up of the book? Looks so good
