I get the impression a Neverborn is either a native creature or an immigrant creature that has been fully corrupted by the malign influences of Malifaux... could arcanists be treading a line?

I really like how Mei Feng works it seems like it could be hard for people to predict. Plus she synergizes well with my already considerable construct force. Not to mention :tomes all the way.

What would be a good match up starter as Arcanist character vs. the Dreamer? My wife and I are getting started and I've decided to go with the Dreamer cuz he just looks so damn cool and I like the fluff. Whereas she is torn as she likes pretty much everything about all the arcanists.

Call me Ace I'm from damn near the middle of the continental USA. The wife and I used to play some other mini games but the scale and cost got stupid. We have fallen in love with Malifaux's style and really like the smaller scale and tactics. We've been watching online videos and hope to make it to the local game shop to get a better grasp on the game before making purchases.

What are some 'weird' or 'unusual' items you've been able to use in your sculpting for terrain? I'm especially interested in sturdy materials people have found. As I have various foster children who often times are hurricanes of destruction. One I've been able to use is: RX Bottles if you take a knife and sandpaper to rough it up real good and make knots and furrows it can be the basis of an ancient looking redwood type tree. Narrow ones can also be used as a base for smoke-stacks on factories since they have an open top for cotton and everything. With that I have my first post and thread.
