I currently starting to paint willie , the demolitionist andwork on his base to get ready for a few games today but i seem to lost my base he came with. I notice i do have a spare 50 mm base . I just want to know if it is okay to use this for his base and it would allow me to do more with the base. Just not sure what else to do as my shop has not ordered bases yet. thanks everyone P.s. twenty people looked at this and noone can reply? the tournment starts at one pm its almost eleven am now . sorry just a little stress out lol

I haven't played malifaux in awhile and going to be very active again. So with that said this is what my local gaming store has going on. Since malifaux is just starting out with a few players we have set up a weekly Assassianation league. Of course I choose arcanists, my models are : Rasputina box set , Blessed of December , December Acylote , Incredible Snow Storm(yes painted his skin green lol ) mechanical rider, essence of power , silent one and just got the Kaeris box set (currently working on them). I really would like to use kaeris and tina for now but am open to all lists you can give me. Also its 35 ss

I am a huge fan as soon as i was told about malifaux and fell mindlessly in love with Raputina . Love her original cast and her alternate, not saying she might be the best but for me she is a winner and down with the guild .

Yeah that might look good i have yet to do anything with the face but just bought a finer tipped brush so maybe i will attempt it . and thanks those icy chunks are made out of vinyleraser that i cut, painted and then pinned to the base and pinned her to the piece of eraser . thanks for the feed back. the group picture of the rest of the crew is too big once im able to retake a picture of them i will post

to everyone that has helped me with paints, crew , use of products. i think i have done a good job for my first time working with miniatures. when i am able to get pictures on here i willpost them. I am still working on rasputina and silent one. I may need a little tips on how to paint her eyesand lips rasputina is a hard model for me but im liking what i have so far.

Thanks to all that has helped me thus far, i got the ice golem done and currently working on the three ice gamin and essence of power. I have blessed of december left and Rasputina which im doing last. i have very limited supply of paints right now which i posted in two other post. I was wondering any on know the best mixture for various shades of pinks. Royal blue Turquesa BlueGreen Intermediate Blue Oxford Blue(should be with purples ) I also have some purples , flesh tone colors , foundation white and glossy black i found the post i had them listed to save time. And thanks agian you are all awsome and im enjoying the lerning curve with paint and the procreate which turns out to be amazing for me.

Painted my base and cork rocks both drying and was going to start my ice golem i have royal blue,turquesa,blue green and intermediate blue . was wondering what to start out my base color out at. My golem is primed White it that helps and those paints are vallejo. thanks for help as im finally getting to paint and its very cool. having fun with bases right now.

Im currently letting my cork made rock dry it is a greyish/white looking rock right now and have my 40mm base for ice golem covered with pro create and was wondering how to paint a small body of water where i will have the two rocks apart with golem's one foot place on the rockthatis breaking away. Any ideas how to paint the pro create to look like water. okay thanks i was wondering if you can use it to fill in a base and paint over it to get the effect of water underneath my golem. i have two cork pieces for his bace and painting to looklike breaking ice as if the ice is melting under his huge crushing walk . lol thanksfor the help.

i haven't used any product like this before and was wondering if people can help me out. I need to use some on rasputina,blessed and also for silent one and ice gamin to be mounted on the base since those feet areto small to pin. thanks all suggestion welcomed.

Working on my crew bases using corkboard i layered afew pieces for my frost golem and was wondering i only have white and grey primer. I was going to use the grey for the cork and then paint the cork a dark grayish look for using the cork as rock that have split away i want to create a small body of water under him and was wondering how to do this with a black base.

Well just got back from the game store where i purchesed paint, procreteand some needed brushes. Here is a list of what i got : all vallejo paints. Royal blue, blue green, Turquoise, Intermediate blue , Foundation white, glossy black, oxford blue, blue violet,violet red, violet, golden yellow( for rasputina and maybe silent one hair) medium fleshtone, pale sand, light flesh , green ochre, beige brown and Burnt umber(silent one colors. Now all ineed to know is any sites or tips onstarting to paint the miniture and i got cork for my bases. thanks agian for the tips on buying paint i went with basic look of the pictured figures . May alter them slightly.

Thanks to everyone who replied and gave well thought out suggestions. I have primed all my crew prior and need to work on my bases. I will take all suggestions to heart and let you all know what i end up buying tommorrow and once agian thanks everyone here is amazing and thanks for the welcome into a new world of gaming.

Newto war gaming and the world of painting minitures. I am going to purchase some Vallejo paints this friday at a game store near my area. I have Rasputina, silent one, ice gamin 3, blessedof december, Ice Golem and essence of power(not painting green like most do) thinking of a purple and ice look for this model. I want to paint rasputina's cloak purple and some purple on silent one. I just need help with what paint i should get for this crew to help me to start painting these models.

Hi im Harold i enjoy playing Magic the gathering, xbox games and now malifaux. As i read each groups abilities i couldn't decide on one crew. That night i dosed off as i was torn who to choose a sexy woman with a gorgoues hat dressed in double slit dress with knee high stockings and boots convinced me to join her cause . So Rasputina is my master and i will aid her in all of her adventures as she attempts to take out her foes and help her to overcome The enity known as December. I am a member of the Arcanists, so guild come at me bro!! so far i am in love with this game.
