  1. Is Tara available? And what condition are the models in? Also in US. USPS is fine by me.
  2. I also have epic I'm willing to part with. Have twin Forge World Scout Titans; name escapes me. Lots of Imperial Super Heavies in blister and some built but not painted. A ton of built and unpainted Leman Russes of various types. Valkyries in blister. Storm Troopers in blister. And the Armageddon book. Edit- Saramin got here first. So let me know what's left for trade. Interested in Kirai and translucent Dreamer. Thanks.
  3. Baby's got back! Nice stand in. (Talking about the "counts as" on page 31) Loving the flesh tones in the nephlim.
  4. Mortimer- Chatty and he can make dudes walk for "free" and that ML 7! Punk Zombies- awesome looking models, hard to wound and hard to kill and their katanas! Nurse- obvious reasons Necropunks- resilient little scheme grabbers Toss up between Flesh Construct and Canine remains. I like the tanky feel of the Flesh Construct but those dogs are pretty cheap, fun and fast. I have my eye on the Yan Lo box due to Chiaki. And I'm tempted by the Transmortis box. I've only been playing M2E for 2 months so my play testing is rather limited. But all those read like "must haves" same with Belles and Sybille and Izamu. Looks like I need to order a few more crew boxes...
  5. Woah! Quick replies! Very informative responses with great tactical advice and a very helpful link. Just goes to show that its my newness that's hindering me versus the abilities of the crew. Guess I'm as deadly as an eight year old with a shotgun? As my group and I are just learning, I haven't had the opportunity to play with any upgrades but it seems like they would make a huge difference. I'll also look into adding the Handler, Marshals and a Judge for when we expand from the basic box level to 50 stones. Again, thanks for the quick replies. Very helpful and informative. Can't wait to burn some dirty Ressers and those cheating Arcanists at the next gaming night. Jacob Lynch is one dirty card player.
  6. New to the game; tried getting into it in the old edition but WAAC players turned me off. Anyways, I'm loving the new plastics and the flow of the new rules. So I went out and picked up a few crews solely based on aesthetics. And I've decided to focus on Criid and her boxed set. I really enjoy the play style of this box set but, given my limited experience, find that I need some models that are a touch faster and can handle themselves in close combat. Any suggestions would be great! Very much leaning towards Ronin or Torakage but considering my "newness" I thought I should ask for some advice before proceeding. I also really like the look of those dead judges, name escapes me, the ones with the coffins. But I'm assuming they shoot just like Criid and her gang and may offer little support in the close combat game. Thanks
  7. Thanks for the advice and welcomes.:itsme: In regards to counters, I think I may have to make some. I guess I'll need one "scrap" counter for each Construct? And one "body" counter for each living model? That's easy enough. But are there other counters needed for Ramos and his crew? I have yet to play a game and any advice would be great. @Joe, do you own Legion too? Live in Jersey?
  8. Thanks for the welcome. Got some questions regarding markers/counters? What do I need? Where do I get them? What company? Store? I'd really hate to face off against some nice looking figs on a hawt terrain filled table only to use...scraps of paper.
  9. A little about me, I’m a former mindless GW slave (10 year bid) that got fed up (Or paroled) about 2 years ago. I’m simply sick of painting the same freaking model a 100 times over only to rinse and repeat as my army becomes obsolete in 3 months. So, I jumped to Warmachine. Love that game! Anyways, at the behest of a good friend of mine, Eric J. aka Krimsonscythe, I gave Malifaux a quicky view and really like what I see. Love the humor, the mix of genres, the look and feel; have yet to play a game but I’m all about looks first. Flash forward to last week where I flipped and flopped between the Dreamer and Leveticus but ultimately settled on Ramos. Why? Those freaking mechano-spiders are awesome! Ordered a few spider blisters, got Ramos and Coryphee for Christmas and ordered Kaeris as well. So, I’m just sitting here waiting for my crew, rulebook, fate deck and some supplies to arrive and figured I’d introduce myself. Oh, and I guess I’m supposed to say where I live and play at? Rockland County New York; suburbs of NYC. Lived all over NYC for years, born and raised, but wanted to move the family to a place with cleaner air, higher taxes and less bullets.
