I thought Gremlins copied the guild. In which case it should be Miss Isle, a Gremlin copying the watcher. Basically a green dude with nitro strapped on his back.

I copied mine from book 4, its a bit bigger for old people like me to see.

I have just painted my Ramos and I am happy with what I have. To finish the little guy off I want to show the light reflected from his flame. I have never painted something like this before so thought I would ask. If anyone can run me through the technique and/or show me some images I would be grateful.

I will be running an achievement league at the Royal British Legion in Portsmouth starting 7th May. It will be similar to the dead of winter but with some randomness thrown in. Because not everyone can make every week I have decided to run it over 6 weeks, 1 week on 1 week off. May 7th, 21st and June 4th. For those who have been before or are members of the club see me for the paperwork on the start night or any tuesday before. I have been playing Yan recently and his is great, I play with punk zombies and ashigaru. Chiaki is great and Izamu is awesome. One thing to remember with the big guy is how many corpse counter he leaves when he dies. 3 as long as he is 'normal' undead but if you make him a spirit then he leaves none.

A friend of mine has scanned/printed and laminated his cards at twice the normal size. So much easier to read

A convict gunslinger could lay down some hurt with possible 3 shots plus triggers per turn. I have to say I am not familiar with the Arcanists so cant help with who has blasts, Ideally you need one with magic shooting, they wont be halving that. This is one of the best things about Malifaux.....how do I do this, how can I achieve that good luck

Could you find some suitable arms from somewhere else. Maybe something plastic to aid with modification/conversion

I dont have an Arcanist crew myself but I have played with Kirai before, the thing she hates most is blast markers. If she is surrounded by Seishin they will pop. Izamu is tough, I like having him in my Yan Lo crew and he kicks butt, sadly in some games he has not earned his points, my ability to flip low cards mean he aint so tough. Like all big guys, take him down with lots of small hits from a distance.Spirit and armour still takes at least 1 wound per hit.

Sticking with undead, how about crooked men, they have a bit of range and I am sure if she gets close enough wouldnt like to be paralised. Dont worry about her '2 free pts' you can still get enough points to win without them I suppose for real nastiness you could get Bete Noire, and then run/fly some cheap minions straight at her.

Bete can be fun but if you dont have the right cards/get unlucky she aint never coming back

Whenever I get a new crew I like to give them a sort of themed basing. I am after some ideas for Mccabe and the guild riflemen. Has anyone else got some photos of painted crews? I prefer to get resin or metal bases.

I hope that if Malifaux is changed they will consult me first. I am looking for a change that allows me to win a game once in a while

It is optional and having painted mine I think I prefer without, makes it look more like 'empty armour'
