I am wondering if anyone can tell me of any worth while cheap digital cameras, for taking pictures of models, and showing the detail well. Or what features i need to look for for a good camera for pics of models. As i am tired of taking blurry pics with my phone, and want to take proper pictures

Doesn't student mean you just spent money from your Overdraft for things like this instead?

Ok, finally got internet back on my phone so can upload again, so here is the finished Tara, after taking 7 episodes of Sons of Anarchy to paint her And her with her crew. Bar Tara's eyes i am generally happy with them, although the blue on them is a little more blue than was intended, but don't know how to fix that so something i shall have to live with

Thank you, you have made painting her now along with the other single image i have of her, nice and easy, for some reason i could not split her top into two areas, but having seen where it has become nice and obvious I just hope it works out how ive gone with her

I have my box set all painted bar Tara, and i have no idea how to paint her, so i was hoping people could post some pics for me to get some ideas for mine, if that is ok? I shall put a pic of the rest of her crew up so any comments can be made on them should you wish though Except my phone and wierless internet seem to be dead so i can not upload anything right now but i shall aim to at some point when things start to work again.

I remember from the beta seeing or being told something about when you flip the red joker, in a dual your opponent is not allowed to cheat, but having looked in the book, i can not see this anymore? I am wondering if this is still there, or if it is something i have imagined, or if it was just removed?

As far as a size comparison, Barbaros is a slightly more muscular Young nephilim with bigger wings. However, all the box sets, Liliths included come with all the models on separate sprews (The things that come in packs of three are all together, then other models are separate ) so it is entirely possible that there is just going to be a delayed release of the individual parts later on. I obviously have no idea if this is true, but the difference between the book 4 plastic box sets and M2E ones lets me think this is to be true.

So far, i feel the beta rules are good enough to see if you are interested in the game, however, from my perspective, playing from the cards made the game feel so much easier to play and so i would recommend getting those anyway, whilst you see if you want to get the book as well. (personally not a fan of playing from a book, even less so a digital book)

The eyes no idea what to do for his eyes, otherwise i think he and the boss are all done. Seem to feel like every colour i look at is wrong, and bad, so need some positive reason for choosing a certain colour, a reason why. Please help

Yey they are all done, bases and all. Although i wish i hadn't rushed with the new paint for the bases. And then perhaps could have made them look better, but oh well. Happy with these, except for the rock, it just seems to look plane and boring still The Wendigo and soon to be dead guild man And the big man himself, the Ice Golem: Group shot: Fairly happy with the set overall. but had to do the bases funnily, because i bought a load of Raspy models that were really nicely painted off ebay just after i started painting these, and the bases were done in a cool way, so i had to try to copy it a little on top of what i had already done hence the attempt at ice on top of the Rock ground. Hope you like it. Let me know what you think?

And the Latego Pistolero (that is the only thing i can think of the model being from the old model range) from the Children of December box set. Just need to paint the little monster there to eat him now, and wait some more for the cracking paint to arrive then i can do all the bases afterwards and pray it works:)

Hmm, there was supposed to have a picture in the previous post, but oh well, i seemed to get carried away, and just use the box art for what to do with the hat, though was a little heavy handed so its mainly just brown But the model is done now as far as i can tell, with the exception of the base. however i am still unsure of weather to leave the trousers alone or put a wash on them? ---------- Post added at 01:33 AM ---------- Previous post was at 01:30 AM ---------- To light or good as they are? This model i actually love (except the googles, i always hate googles) but i have to admit to hating this for Rasputina, as from her fluff it states she does not feel the cold, so why is she so wrapped up, i dont get it. As for the Dark coat, and thinking i want darker trousers, that is just what the box art is, and i have no other ideas for her, but relatively happy with the results. Just need to be neater with white Just one model left from the new Children of December box, problem is i may have to paint this one properly To much drybrushing which is the more likely event, is likely to get it over everything else

Any ideas for what to do for the Hat? And weather i should darken the trousers, or leave them so bright? (thinking of just black or brown wash to darken it and mix it)

Reminding me to keep the brush dry would be a good start Its all fine with a proper dry brush, but as soon as i do it with another type of brush i forget

Thank you, though i do cheat a little and drybrush pretty much everything, as when i dont i mess things up a bit, as you may notice when i get the stuff to do the bases, and you see the teeth on the golem

Very nice work from what i can see in the pictures, i will have to copy Mako on the shading and many others in my love of your Flame on Marcus, very jealous of that, especially for your first models
