I'm going to make it up to Games and Gizmos on Thursday and hope I can wrestle a table away from the warmachiners. I'll probably be there around 7 or 7:30. Hope to see a couple of you there.

So what do you guys think about meeting up at AFK in Renton on Monday? I probably wouldn't be able to make it until around 6 but I'd like to at least touch bases with some of you so we can meet face to face and possibly exchange contact info for future gaming.

I don't recommend Games and Gizmos on Thursday unless you play Warmachine. The tables will be packed with Warmachine players, as that is their WM/H night.

I've been looking for you lot. I moved up here from California about six months ago and the only way I've been able to play Malifaux is by convincing one of my new friends to try it and he loves it...but he's moving to Florida at the end of the month. I live in Kent and Delmont is correct. Kent/Renton is sort of in a gaming void unless you play Magic. Games and Gizmos is quite a drive, and is better if you play Warmachine. Game Matrix in Tacoma (Lakewood?) is closer and carries a decent Malifaux stock but driving down I-5 on a weekday is absolute hell. I've all but sworn off weeknight gaming for that reason. If you want to start meeting at AFK in Renton on Monday nights I would be all for it.

Someone mentioned in the Nic thread that the Molly card was the start of it all, but with no links and I can't find it.

Draining your opponent's hand before taking her on will significantly increase your chances of permanently eliminating her. Attack the rest of his crew first, forcing him to empty his hand cheating to keep his other models alive if he so chooses. Nothing will stop him from ripping the card he needs from the top of the deck but at least if his hand is empty it leaves it up to chance rather than being a guarantee you'll see her again next turn.

I just picked up the new Sonnia crew box and I love the new Sam Hopkins model. I WANT TO USE DA HAMMAH! Seriously, we need an upgrade or something that lets him use that giant mallet strapped to his back. Like yesterday. That is all for now, thank you. It might be worth picking up the Arcanist deck as well. You'll find the metal gamin and rail golem there, as well as all the generic Arcanist upgrades for those days you want to play her as an arcanist.

I couldn't find anything that answered my question so here it is. Is a push (in our game it was the steampunk abominations moving/pushing into base contact) by the shortest route possible or any distance? For instance, three SPA's are in base contact with a fouth. SPA 4 activates and moves it's walk directly away from the other three. Can SPA 3 be pushed so that it is now "in front" of SPA 4 instead of behind, so that it will be closer to the enemy for it's activation?

Where did you get those (what I assume are) wooden corpse counters? I would like to get my hands on some.

Your work is amazing! There is nothing more motivating (for me) than seeing wonderfully painted minis, especially an entire faction. Thanks for sharing, and motivating!

I had a problem with mine where the mold didn't mold so well, and a few of the "arm" sockets were actually filled in so this could be a problem. The gear-looking things on the sides are where the "arms" are supposed to go. They should be ball-socket joints. This may not be a problem for you but it may also help.

Malifaux Rules Manual (zee new one) Pg. 71 When a Henchman leads a Crew in a scrap, it costs 0 Soulstones to hire, just like a Master. Add the model's Henchman Resources bonus to the available Soulstones for hiring Minions. Henchmen cannot lead Brawls. Von Schill indeed gets 39 Soulstones in a 35 stone scrap.

The title says it all. What do I do if I got a model (say, a Peacekeeper) that was missing pieces (say, both back legs)? On top of that, on the main body both socket joints on the right side are half filled in with metal. Does anyone have some advice on how to get this extra metal out of the socket so the ball on the arm will fit properly? Thanks for any advice.

It has happened twice just today. I don't know what's going on but I'm about to just give up foruming here. It's extremely frustrating.

I totally thought you were in my area demoing a game. To me the "Frozen North" is Alaska. Good luck and I hope you draw in a lot of new players. This game is fun as hell!

I wanted to know if anyone else is having the same problem I am. Every day when I try to log in I get an error saying my login information is incorrect. I know this is NOT the case but I have to reset my password any way. Every single day since I've created my account I have had to reset my password. I'm expecting it to happen again tomorrow but I'd really like to know why it's happening. I am not typing my password or my user name in wrong. Is it a problem with the authentication program or something? I'm sick of going through the motions.
