I use the Battlefoam 720 with the 1.5" warmachine foam. The Malifaux bag they make is good but if you have more than 5 or so masters then you're gonna be out of space.

Looking closer at the picture the bases appear to have green stuff covering the slots for pewter tabs. So I'd GUESS I heard wrong, which is kinda disappointing. I was hoping for a quick game you pick up all in one box. Maybe that's still the case. I guess I'll have to wait and see now.

Provided there is a good level of experience I think 25-45 ss games tend to take 90-120 minutes. I had thought the higher SS games would take longer but it seems like the higher point games tend to hit a point where everything goes nuts and models just start exploding and things finish up in the same time frame. That may relate to the fact that I am usually playing Lil or Z and things either go my way or they don't though... Not often close

That actually helps a lot. It doesn't let me do anything with the ones that come with it but those look pretty dang sweet AND I could drill out the little conductor rods(?) on the Electrical Creation and securely attach the wires. Thanks a bunch. Maybe I could use the ones that came with it as decorative bitz for something else.

I can't for the life of me figure out how to add the little arcs of electricity to the electrical creation. I can't really see how you could pin that to anything. What have you, the Malifaux modeling/painting community done?

In the Kansas City area we're running a new escalation league, hot on the heals of our first. Here's the skinny. 1.KICK OFF a. The Escalation League will begin on January 17th, 2011. b. Players can buy into a league season either $10 at any point in the season. This will go towards new club terrain/prize support at the end of each season. 2.Challenges a. Players will issue challenges to determined there opponents as they see fit. b. No player may be challenged twice in one week, unless all other players have been matched. (clarified) 3.Game Schedule a. Only one game per week will count, however additional games can be played during the night or week for improved victory points with each player choosing their single preferred game. b. Scraps are played on a 3x3 playing surface. c. Blocks will commence on Monday and continue till Sunday. Games can be played at any point during this time. They may be played after the allotted time but the value of the game will be worth -1 point for the result. In cases of a tie Victory points will be used to determine ranking. c. If there is still a draw then a 35ss scrap will be played as a final determination of rank. 10. Prize Support a. I have the most fun playing Lilith or/and Zoraida. Their mechanics/fluff/models are all great fun. Dreamer comes in a close third. Fun to play AGAINST? Hmmm, that's tough. Have to ponder that one...

I'm not even sure how this would work. Most of the games I play by turn 3 or so every turn sees nearly 2/3s of the deck (if not more). The odds of seeing this kind of thing exposed are pretty high. They'd probably have had better luck just arguing that whatever card they played was a red joker. Then you could have assumed they were insane rather than just dirty cheaters.

I sincerely wish you good luck with it. As for the people watching it I'd wager the majority are us just looking to see if it sells. You might have had better luck dropping the dollar ammounts by 100.

Pinning is an absolute nescessity on many of the early Wyrd models. Sword Mistress. Candy. Seamus. Seems like I had to pin terror tot arms.

Our league wraps up this week and a good time was had by all. We had a smaller turn out for the inagural league than I'd have liked but we were competing with the holidays and a bloodbowl league Next round starts up in just a couple weeks.
