  1. Ur right, had to reread stuff in the book, so - the Waifs there 0 neway, and that's the list.
  2. Here's another list I'm kind of definitly thinking could be insane, it's for a 30 SS tournament. :Leveticus: Name Cost Leveticus, Steampunk Necromancer 0 Rusty Alyce 8 Hollow Waif 0 Hollow Waif 0 Steampunk Abomination 3 Steampunk Abomination 3 Steampunk Abomination 3 Steampunk Abomination 3 Necropunk 3 That list gives me 7 SS to play with Levi
  3. Name Cost Som'er Teeth Jones 0 Giant Mosquito 2 Giant Mosquito 2 Giant Mosquito 2 Giant Mosquito 2 Warpig 8 Hog Whisperer 5 Bayou Gremlin 2 Here's the new Stank list, I think the rest are going to be fine with 0 SS due to their aggressive nature, but maybe a little altaration later. and the SS is 30
  4. Each is 0 and that's a good point, I'm very new to the game and I forgot that you can use SS for spells. Let me realtar the lists.
  5. :The Stank: Name Cost Som'er Teeth Jones 0 Giant Mosquito 2 Giant Mosquito 2 Giant Mosquito 2 Giant Mosquito 2 Warpig 8 Warpig 8 Hog Whisperer 5 :GremBush: Name Cost Som'er Teeth Jones 0 Bayou Gremlin 2 Bayou Gremlin 2 Bayou Gremlin 2 Bayou Gremlin 2 Warpig 8 Warpig 8 Hog Whisperer 5 :PigPen: Name Cost Som'er Teeth Jones 0 Piglet 3 Piglet 3 Piglet 3 Warpig 8 Warpig 8 Hog Whisperer 5 The first list is obviously the Stank Spam with Warpig's to eat and clean everything up, in theory it would work amazingly. The 2nd list is a Bayou heavy list, utilzing them to kill themselves to draw more control cards. The third list is an all out rish pig list, mainly assassin but I have a feeling it could wreck in Scenario.
  6. Is it possible to proxy if you dont have the base to proxy for? My friend just got rid of 4,500 dollars worth of WM and Hordes so we have no bases to use as proxys so is there another way? If there is that would make my choosing a Master MUCH MUCH easier.
  7. Technically I'm not in a group but my friend is and we both know Mike (Bowsher), and it's good to hear that it's at least an average of 2-4, seems a bit better then some nights at the places we play down here, haha, but me, Jacob, and Mike had all planned on making a trip up there one Tuesday, as soon as we had our armies organized and were a bit more practiced at the scenario games, so as to not look like total noobs, haha. But I'll keep in contact and we'll see what we can set up, thanks for the quick response. =)
  8. That looks really cool, I'm just starting the game and just starting to compare terrains, and from the ones I've seen, that is really cool, and considering my friend plays Gremlins I'm sure he's going to love it even more, keep up the good work!
  9. What is the average turnout for these tussels? haha. Me and a friend are interested in driving up from Jackson, but we'd like to know if it's a decent turnout. =)
  10. So I have recently taken a likeing to Tina but after reading around the site I'm not so sure she is all she's cracked up to be? I'm quite the competitive person but I'm also looking for some varience in games. From the people who have been testing her a lot what is your final verdict? Does she make the cut to the competitive side or is she still going to be playtest group material until more models hit the scene?
  11. However hard it may be to tell right now how do you think Levi will do in a tournament setting? Whether it be getting some of the objectives done or an all out kill stuff fest, how do you think the old man will be able to fair against the rest of the factions? Personally from what I've read in battle reports on these threads he seems to be quite dominating in a "Kill Everything" type of fight AND in certain scenarious he is also quite good, but I'd like to get everyone elses opinion on his competitveness in a tourney setting, or prediction of competitiveness.
  12. So not only is this my first full Malifaux game but to be honest I think it's only my 3rd or 4th tabletop game ever, haha. I have always been a bigger fan of card games instead of the miniatures but this game is a chance to kind of mix it up and go with both, at least for me. In the next few paragraphs I'm going to be try to describe 2 games, my first 2 full Malifaux games! Game 1: We are both using box sets but his is slightly modified, I'm using Marcus, Myranda, Sabertooth, and a Rattler. While he is using Teeth, a Hog Whisperer, 4 Bayou Gremlins, and 1 Warpig. As you can see he has the distinctive model advantage especially since I believe the Warpig is completely disgusting with the Whisperer. Were just doing a normal kill stuff game, just to get our minds about us and we start to deploy. To make a long story short we both deploy and spend our first activations walking twice and attempting a LEAP here and there. On the 2nd turn he engages my Rattler with the WarPig and thanks to Charging, Stick em in the Ass, and Reckless Fast my Rattler was completely decimated. And from there the same thing happened to my Sabertooth. Shortly after my two beaters were destroyed Marcus and Myranda succumbed to swarm. In conclusion, I didn't use any Spells, and Triggers, or any Abilities, I also never used any of my Soulstones and I used my Control cards in the most greedy manner possible, after the game we took some time out, and I read my cards carefully and developed a gameplan, trying to remember to use things better. Game 2: The first of our activations were used walking twice and attempting to LEAP once again, however this time I walked to a nearby terrain forest piece and on the 2nd turn when the Warpig Activations started I was prepared, the WarPig missed his attacks thanks to some nice flips on my end and was shortly thereafter dominated by Comapion and a 3 STriking Sabertooth (previous game I failed to notice the extra 2 strikes). Activations ended, some shots from the Gremlins were missed and the next turn ensued. With his WarPig gone my opponet felt slightly less confident, he used the "Self Sacrafice" blast the gremlins have and was successfull with one and missed the other, leaving him a Whisperer, 2 Gremlins, and Teeth. At this Point I decided Marcus should turn Teeth into a beast and use ALPHA, I had a Red Joker in my hand so needless to say I now controlled a Som'er Teeth. I activated his spell Gremlins Luck which was successful. I put him down to 1 and had my opponet discard his hand, from there the carnage ensued and I destroed all but one tiny little Gremlin, which to be an ass, I DEVOUR'd to end the game. Needless to say, the domination I felt Game 1 was returned 10 fold AFTER I read my cards in this game. (If any of the names are wrong for spells/abilites/models I'm sorry, I didn't have the cards offhand, haha) All in all that was only a 25 point Scrap and I enjoyed every second of it, the game is very entertaining and has quite a bit of luck AND skill placed into it, I'm definitly looking forward to playing more games and increasing my army size.
