Thanks. It's the P3 Cygnar blues from Privateer Press. Cygnar Blue base, Cygnar Blue highlight, and Arcane Blue. I then washed it down with a thinned brown ink for that 'fresh from the grave' feeling

Alright, I've been working on my Malifaux models again and have started up my Seamus box. I have Seamus, Sybelle, and this Belle done (I'll get pics of the others soon), but here is the first sample of my girls...

The newer GW dire wolves make great canine remains as they are basically decayed wolves and you can get a box of 10 for like $25 I think?

I am a big fan of those as well as his dual attack spells. He is lethal in the right situation and as most of the Lady J box, you really don't get rewarded for killing him

The old metal Confrontation zombies of Acheron might work ok as well. It's just in getting them is harder now. I have a friend with scads of them, so I'll probably use them.

I managed a Hastings up in Idaho for a while, and we used to do some of that sort of stuff for those that needed it and when we had room. This was like '99 and 2000, so the main stuff for my store then was more Magic related, but we tried catering. I'd just talk to the manager or assistant and see if you guys can setup in the coffee shop. The game is small enough in scale, I'd doubt you'd bother anyone. My store had a nice wide aisle in my book department as well that could have been used.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. It means a ton to me, since it's been so long since I've written anything. If any other characters inspire me, I'll try to do this a bit more often down the road. I've loved the belles since day one of my interest in Malifaux though, and was completely inspired to do some kind of my own backstory of what it's like for them. It's not all just love and dead hookers, you know (sort of surprised that was never the name of a Rob Zombie song)

We'll be playing 35ss normally, and the Vikki's will be my Outcast master. So I'm trying to figure out a good crew to outfit them with. So far for a preliminary crew, I have Viktorias Killjoy Bishop Misaki 1 Ronin I'm thinking of having Killjoy be, well Killjoy, but also be someone who can get stuff to flee for "sisters in victory". Misaki and Bishop are great support models (though I may add a bit of range with the Convict Gunner, I'd have to substitute one of them for it though) and then a Ronin is self explanatory (I'd have to find a proxy for him right now though). Any ways you all would go different on this grouping?

Warstore has had its share of problems as well, but not even close to as numerous. I've been a Warstore-er since about '01 and have had a few times where Neal made me scratch my head, but his service and percentage of that actually happening is extremely low. Neal did tell me last week that my Malifaux backorders should ship out last Monday because the stock had come in, and then when Friday rolled around and he told me they hadn't received it yet. That part aggravated me a bit, but at least he didn't give me a "check's in the mail" line or something.

Where are you and goblyn playing at, Ken? I've got a buddy in Vancouver that will be itching to get some games in as soon as his stuff comes in, and I come down from Olympia to visit him now and then, we'd love to jump in on a game if you guys frequent a store in the area.

We'll be building the new Worldwords set this week. We're starting with the Sewer set as my buddy plays Ramos and it's a good fit thematically for him. And then we'll get the Streets set up and running and the Canals when they release. I really think this set is the one paper terrain set that really captures the Malifaux feel in a good way. And the new modular system they have set up is incredible.
