Would've been interesting to finish out, and see how that last turn or two would've played. We've also got to stop using the 4'x4' table, even adding a turn to the game and just pushing everyone forward on round 1 eats up too much time, not to mention letting me fill my hand with goodness.

Getting Kade into combat did the job once. If you can get a couple Sorrows around her being able to add an extra 2-3 points of damage every time she fails a Wp duel will add up quick. I failed to concentrate against her last night, and left her with 3 health remaining for her to take that second round of shooting against Pandora.

After taking on an Ortega starter with a Pandora starter a couple times now, I offer the following tidbits: 1. Pandora can probably take one round of shooting from Perdita, don't push your luck and try to survive two rounds. Perdita, due to her See the Unseen ability must be your priority. Do whatever it takes to remove her in one round, if at all possible. 2. Because so many of our models have Martyr, it's tempting to clump them together. Beware the Papa Loco suicide run--you don't want to lose your Sorrows to him, you want to use your Sorrows to make Perdita pay for losing those Wp tests (in addition to making her shoot herself, of course).

Check the errata thread, 8 is the correct number.

For myself, I'm not free on Mondays and Fridays, but could make it out on occasion on any other night. Currently we're playing Malifaux on Wednesdays & Saturdays on our side of The Breach, but I don't mind driving out and mixing with new folks from time to time. Definitely let us know when you schedule that tournament, sounds like a great idea. FWIW, there's a bunch of players on http://www.gamestlouis.com/forum also.

Pandora and her Woes will be looking for Snakeking again, sometime soon. I'm very impressed with the Resurrectionist's ability to just take damage. Add in the nurse's ability to turn canine remains into guided missiles and the McMourning crew gets real nasty.

Because it cannot be said enough: (And because I'm just now getting back online from vacation) Y'all had a great booth with a great game, and I am very glad I was able to put a face to EricJ, Nathan, and Keltheos (and even chat briefly with them). I was also very glad to be able to buy Malifaux and give it a test run during the con. Hope it's a great start to a great year for Wyrd.

The game plays smooth enough that in two weeks time, I won't need it. Like I said, very minor gripe on my part. Probably should've just left it unsaid, but I couldn't help myself.

If I have to give a gripe, it's that I would've preferred the abilities on page 72 and the states and model actions on pages 45-6 reprinted in the back along with the other often-referenced material. But that's a minor, minor, gripe on an outstanding book!
