  1. whos across what pond??? Im in the USA..Ohio.. Or are you talking about someone else???
  2. The box weighs 10 pounds.. which really isn't much when your holding it. Its constructed from 1/2 in Baltic Birch plywood with a super strong handle and hinges. Very sturdy..I stood on one for like 20 minutes with not a crack..and Im a fat bastard LOL But yeah shipping to most of Europe is about $70.00. The US postal service eliminated surface as a shipping option now so it can only go air.
  3. Oh don't tell me about the week dollar..were getting so hosed.. but yeah I love selling to Europeans with a stronger currency. As long as I get what price I want I love it. Id say 70% of what i sell goes to Europe at the moment. The figure travel box I'm making I think would sell well over there, the only killer is the shipping as it weighs in at 12 pounds to ship after packaged. Its a box just like Jeremie Bonamants if you have ever seen that.
  4. Thanks guys. I came across a guy who could give me the stock wood sizes I needed and a great price so I was able to pass the savings on. Up till now bases like that would of cost me 3x to make..so I hope to sell mucho many Jeff
  5. The Dragonforge Store now has Walnut square plinths for sale. http://dragonforge.com/Painting%20service/for%20sale/walnut%20square%20plinths.htm All plinths are hand made from North American Walnut. Which is a hard wood Species. Bases are cut to size, sanded and sealed with sanding sealer and 2 coats of Semi Gloss Lacquer. These are simple square plinths. There are no fancy edges for this series. Made popular by many of the European miniature painters. Sizes and Prices are 1" square for $5.00 1.5" Square for $7.50 2.0" square for $10.00 I am now taking orders. Jeff Wilhelm
  6. Umm so why is he sprouting a sheep LOL Sweet piece.. I might have to get one of those. Busts are starting to intrigue me (No Vike NOT that type of busts, though they are nice ) and I really want to sculpt some..Ive plans for a orc myself here soon. I think they are the wave of the future in miniature painting..always were big in historical's and now taking off in fantasy. Allows a person to paint a larger scale, but not an big figure which is time consuming let alone daunting.
  7. Did someone say Cheerleaders and Beer.. Oh.. Well Happy B-Day Squig.. Hope you get lots of prezzies..
  8. And we can also start a thread about porn...
  9. If our gonna do a big barbarian.. do him in an action pose..not the "Handing your token to bus driver pose".. so much potential..so much failure.
  10. Thanks Wren. I think Im going to be forced to convert..If I could sculpt women better Id just do one but shes gonna look more like a dog in a ape suit if I have a go at it.. and a mechanical naughty nun might look cool..but not what Im after.. The resin kits are nice but umm too big and well to naughty LOL (Never thought Id say something was too naughty.. put that one on your calenders people)
  11. Taken By Jeremie Bonamant on our way to Indy for Gen Con..shows you how much I was paying attention I never knew he took the picture until after the con..
  12. Yeah and I got my Round 3 entry uploaded too.. so now thats over.. Vike did Rob get you his image to upload being he will be gone tomorrow? jeff
  13. So stuffed full of turkey goodness... Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....
  14. BEAUTIFUL sculpt..boring pose.. Be curious the see how long GW's IP police allows this one to stay for sale.
  15. if your going to do any "Buy it nows" ..use the require immediate payment with Pay Pal or they cant get it.
  16. Well thats easy..sell something to make room Anyhoo I added another picture with a plastic marine to give scale and added the size on the picture. I hope this helps with making the size clearer. Jeff
  17. Thanks, I find eBay funny. This is a buy it now auction but I have 12 people watching it. Its not a wait till the last minute and snipe it sort of thing..its buy it..or dont buy it..to sit and watch and wait only means you could loose it to someone willing to hit the buy it now button. Now some may be watching to see if it actually sells or in the case of the dim witt that sent me a message 10 min before a previous auction ended, that would I mark the item down 1/2 price if it didn't sell. Huh?? So I wrote him back and said basically what your saying is I wont bid, but I will offer you 1/2 right now before it closes.. the guy was like yeah.... Guess who got added to my block bidders list.. The item did sell last min..snipped for the asking price. Thats why I did this as a BIN, hoping that someone will just say, geeze if I don't get this now someone else will and buy it and not have to wait 7 days to sell it.. As I said I hate eBay lol
  18. You could be right, but then all the 40K players my biggest audience would complain the windows aren't open to shoot out. Its got a ton of watchers already, I'm sure many are to see if it actually sells for my $200 BIN price, but Ive also had 3 questions about shipping costs. who kows...
  19. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130175030871 I just put this up in eBay for sale. I have to many bills and to many toys so the toys go to pay the bills its a beautiful model. The roof is removable and all. The kit price is $130.00 alone..painted and assembled I'm asking $200.00. yes that may seem like a lot but for the time I have invested I'm making $3.50 a hour.
