Odd numbers both days now, so looks like I'm playing! I certainly need the ranking points, so maybe I can take after Jimmy and win my own tournament. Unlikely of course.

One additional thing. If anyone wants anything from Wargames Workshop I can collect on Friday and bring with me on the day. He has Puppet Wars and aHoffman in stock.

Hi all. A few points about the weekend.

Secondly, there is no catering on site so please bring food & drink with you, or there are supermarkets pretty close, plus a few take-aways. Lunchtime is tight on the Saturday, but they'll be more time on Sunday.

Just looked at BHGS Site and it looks like there is food this year :)

Roll Call - Venue Information

So, welcome to Death Frog - that make a nice even 22.

Outcast 2

Guild 2

Neverborn 4

Resserectionist 4

Arcanist 6

Ten Thunders 4

News to me about the catering!

Room is ready, just need to set up the scenery in the morning. We have a classroom so most of the tables are singles and we have plenty of space and an ouside chill-out area if the weather is good.

Odd number of entrants, so got to play today. It was interesting using VPs as the decider as despite any wins (2 draws) I did reasonably well on VPs. Same names at top & bottom and good day had by all. Even packing away went smoothly.

My first tournament, although no matching pair of wooden spoons... Thanks to everyone who I played for helping with rules and providing some tactic pointers, and not least for the fun games! Thanks also to Dave for organising.

Welcome to the forum Cathy. Glad you enjoyed the weekend.

Just to echo everyone else's sentiments a great day of games. Thanks to all my opponents - great games all round, even if I did mange to pull 3 out of the 4 Neverborn players! A big thanks to everyone's patience as I tried to struggle through jet lag and not having played for a few months.

I'm looking forward to the GT and then... ME2!
