Ergonomic Cat Posted November 8, 2016 Report Share Posted November 8, 2016 Reaper Minis are my usual choice - they're usually only about $3, and have things that match most of what you want. For the emissaries, all of the old 1e Avatar models are official proxies for them. Since there are no Avatars in 2e, you can often get them very cheap. That being said, buy your models! JimO Posted November 8, 2016 Report Share Posted November 8, 2016 I'd be interested to see other thoughts on proxies for "Ten Thunders Avatars" to run as a Shadow Emissary. Although I think the dragon is gorgeous. Which master would you be looking to proxy an avatar of? Avatars seem to accentuate a characteristic of the Master that they represent. I see Mei Feng's avatar as a mashup of her and a Rail Golem. McCabe might get something similar to Perdita...maybe a winged hound mount? Lynch in a giant swirl of magic and playing cards...
