All kidding aside they really are very good, especially if you like authentic Mexican food. Also, it's surprisingly easy to find beef tongue ... but predictably difficult to get family members to accept it as a serious meal option. I have to say I do my taco's a bit different, they are almost a glorified nacho's more than anything. Take a few nacho chips spread them out on a plate, make some spicy as heck beef (throw in a handful of jalepeno's when you cook them) toss them on the nacho's with salsa tomatoes sour cream cheese the whole shebang, more jalepeno's as well! Mmmm so tasty. I work out of town, 2 weeks away and 2 weeks at home. When I get home the girlfriends pretty fantastic and has taco's on the table the night I get back!
