Mako
Wyrd are based in the US, so your replacement has got to get across the globe and through customs (assuming it's going to Belgium). That can take an extra few weeks, I'd give it probably at least 4 weeks.

AverageBoss
I filed a request because I got a Yan Lo set in which Chiaki was missing her head, that was almost 2 weeks ago...I think, I did not get any kind of reply or confirmation, so I don't even know if I filled out the form wrong or something. Does Wyrd even respond to these requests in writing? I ask because if approved I will wait patiently, if not I will know to buy a new box. But as it stands, I don't know where I stand. Mako
There's a little popup usually that says that they won't send you emails about it unless they need further information. If you didn't get an email, then they don't need extra details from you so you should be good. I'd give it a bit longer, If in a few more weeks you haven't heard anything then perhaps it went AWOL, but typically the part just arrives at your door as a surprise. Mind you, being december now, it's probably simplest to wait til after the holidays!
AverageBoss
Thanks. I did anticipate a backlog. Between the holidays, the recent release of 2E, and the madness of 2nd wave beta it is more than understandable. I just didn't know if I should have gotten a "confirmation of request received" email, or something along those lines.
Mako
Nope, there's just that little window. What I've seen said before is that they prefer to have the person dealing with it get on with it rather than having to stop to send out mails.
