damaged goods & mispacking

I filed a request because I got a Yan Lo set in which Chiaki was missing her head, that was almost 2 weeks ago...I think, I did not get any kind of reply or confirmation, so I don't even know if I filled out the form wrong or something. Does Wyrd even respond to these requests in writing? I ask because if approved I will wait patiently, if not I will know to buy a new box. But as it stands, I don't know where I stand.

There's a little popup usually that says that they won't send you emails about it unless they need further information. If you didn't get an email, then they don't need extra details from you so you should be good. I'd give it a bit longer, If in a few more weeks you haven't heard anything then perhaps it went AWOL, but typically the part just arrives at your door as a surprise.

Mind you, being december now, it's probably simplest to wait til after the holidays!
