A number of the gremlin Pig's have the trigger on their attack where they must charge the nearest non-pig model they are not engaged with, Stampede?. (really should have used that as the topic title.. oh well)
Now if the nearest non-pig model is a friendly one and they are winthin it's melee range but they themselves are not within melee range (e.g. as in the case of last night where the pigs were 3" away from Ulix who has a 4" Melee range) are they deemed to be engaged and must change a different model?
All the engagement rules reference "enemy models" so we decided that they weren't engaged so the pig had to charge Ulix. However we were not sure and wondered what people though.
